I’ve studied human development for over 37 years.
As a teenager, I was depressed and low in the “self esteem” department.
At the tender age of 16, I went on a journey to ‘fix’ myself.
After spending many summers at the Option Institute trying on happiness being a choice,
becoming a master NLPer with John Grinder, the co-founder,
living at Byron Katie’s Center for The Work; co-writing her certification course manual,
and doing “The Work” with visitors, coaching, and leading groups, writing,
studying various other modalities,
and raising my boys,
Self help wasn’t helping.
I felt dishonest coaching.
In 2011, I came across a simple understanding that changed my life.
Personally, I am happier, calmer and more confident.
I no longer stress out over important decisions.
My relationships are fulfilling and I enjoy my life more than ever.
There is no longer anything to fix in myself or others.
My work is based on The Three Principles of Sydney Banks.
I help others grow their wisdom and as a by product
my wisdom, my joy and my love of life and the people in it, grows.
