Today I invite you to join me in a guided breathing session. It’s called 4-7-8 breathing. You can use this exercise to practice your focus. Furthermore, breathing exercises are very relaxing.
This is how it works:
You breathe in for 4 counts
Hold your breath for 7 counts
And breathe out for 8 countsThi
Continue this cycle at your own pace for a few minutes and afterwards, take a moment to observe yourself.
