This months calendar theme:

Finding your morning routine is trial and error.

Writing your thoughts in the morning is very helpful to clear your mind, to reflect upon certain patterns in your life and also to gain creativity. One example of creative writing is explained by Julia Cameron in her book ‘The Artist’s Way’ (ISBN 9789060384824). She calls this ‘Morning pages’.

Every day, immediately after getting up, you write 3 pages in a free form. Write down everything that pops-up in your mind, no restrictions. The content you write doesn’t have to be “good”. Just write! In this way you stimulate your creative energy, clear your mind and leave perfectionism behind.
