Do you recall a situation when you were suddenly on your own?
* Leaving your parents’ house when you went to university? * The loss of a loved one? * A divorce?
There are many situations in which we all of a sudden feel left alone.
I’m currently in such a situation. I left my job, my safe haven, in order to build my own company. Sitting alone at my desk figuring out how to stay connected to people and creating my business, made me aware of the feeling of loneliness that showed itself to me.
There is a difference between feeling lonely and being alone. I recall a lecture given by the guru Ram Dass on this. Ram Dass questions us: How can you be alone when there are billions of people on the globe?
With this phrase in mind I know I’m not alone. You are out there, waiting for me to reach out. It strengthens me to know this. We are all here for each other, if we only take the first step and start reaching out.
Today, I reach out to you.
Can we grab a coffee to discuss how we can help each other? Can you share my story with anyone who might benefit from it?
I sincerely am grateful to all of you!
Last but not least: If it’s the other way around, if you ever feel alone in your journey… reach out.
I’m looking forward to the beautiful conversations that may grow from here.

If you tap into Purusha, you tap into the knowing. The what is. Silence is your way in. Silence is not easy to find these days. When you are in a room…
One of my friends is a cyclist. I never understood the fun of cycling. To me cycling is not particularly fun, a bike is a way to transport me from A to B. Last September, when we had some beautiful sunny days, I thought of going for a swim at a local outdoor swimming pool.…
“Don’t stop me now” – Queen 1978 “Tonight I’m gonna have myself a real good time, I feel alive”. I’m cutting through every safety cord that I had left. I feel insecure, but also determined. If I truly want to be free, I need to release all boundaries.I did the thing that scared me most:…
When will you finally step outside of your comfort zone? Outside your comfort zone lies a whole new world full of bright and vivid experiences. I found this hard to believe myself. I loved my soft, safe space, but my creative me wanted to write and continuously invited me to show up. I had no…
