A different perspective

Sirsasana, this is the Sanskriet name for the yoga pose that we call the head stand. It requires a strong core and balance. l love this pose, because it’s both balancing and it turns the energy upside down. While I’m in this pose, I feel my blood flow to my head, this quiets my mind and allows creativity to flow. Standing on my head I can see a new, different perspective.

I’m passionate about seeing things differently.

As I child I always knew I was different, I didn’t fit in. I have spend many years of my life to try to fit in anyway. Of course, I didn’t succeed. It frustrated me. I was trying not to be me.

Now I know not fitting in is actually my strength. I look at things with different glasses. I sense what’s happening around me. I have a different vision and know how to address change and energize a team, and therefore….

Today, it’s finally time to show up fully being the unfitted, but very talented me.
Today, I’m sharing my vision, in order to boost yours.

I therefore proudly present the birth of my company:

Allow me to stand on my head in your company and show you a different perspective!

MOVE!

One of my friends is a cyclist. I never understood the fun of cycling. To me cycling is not particularly fun, a bike is a way to transport me from A to B. Last September, when we had some beautiful sunny days, I thought of going for a swim at a local outdoor swimming pool.…

DON’T STOP ME NOW (CAUSE I’M HAVING A GOOD TIME)

“Don’t stop me now” – Queen 1978 “Tonight I’m gonna have myself a real good time, I feel alive”. I’m cutting through every safety cord that I had left. I feel insecure, but also determined.  If I truly want to be free, I need to release all boundaries.I did the thing that scared me most:…

When will you finally step outside of your comfort zone?  Outside your comfort zone lies a whole new world full of bright and vivid experiences. I found this hard to believe myself. I loved my soft, safe space, but my creative me wanted to write and continuously invited me to show up. I had no…
